| ↪️ 👀 Vision - Resilience - Value - Flexibility 👀 ↩️ |
| | | 🤔 Entrepreneur vs. Solopreneur 🤷🏽 |
| You’re an Entrepreneur if you… Create value for customers, communities, industries, or the world. Take the initiative to create, develop, and manage a business or venture. See gaps, inefficiencies, or unmet needs and take action. Invest time, money, and reputation into ideas that are uncertain, understand that success isn’t guaranteed and move forward anyway. Think creatively, dream big, and often disrupt the norm to build something better. Accept failures, setbacks, and rejection as part of the journey. Persist, adapt, and learn from the experiences along the way.
|
| | You’re a Solopreneur if you… Build and run a business entirely on your own. Are self-managed and do everything from marketing to operations. Operate as a lean and independent “solo”, avoiding or minimizing external funding or overhead. Value freedom and control, preferring not to scale beyond what you can manage. Can pivot quickly, work from anywhere, and are flexible. Constantly learn - developing skills, researching, and improving. Wear many hats: CEO, Marketing Director, Salesperson, Product or Service Manager, Customer Service Rep, Finance Manager, Tech Support, and Administrator.

| 🚀 Business Success = People, Purpose, and Passion 💯 |
| Business success thrives at the intersection of people, purpose, and passion. This happens when an entrepreneur or solopreneur has a clear mission that is fueled by genuine enthusiasm that creates momentum to drive results. Strategy is not the only thing that builds success—it's the human heart behind the hustle. |

| | My career began as an employee, expanded over 32 years as a founder and entrepreneur, and evolved into a solopreneurship after selling the business. These past six and a half years as a solopreneur have been both productive and eye-opening — not just for me, but in ways that have gained local, national, and international recognition. |

| 💥 What Is Your Entrepreneur or Solopreuneur Superpower? 💥 |
| Ever feel that you don’t fit in or you’re a little different? Perhaps you’re a solopreneur! It wasn’t until I took the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) that I understood why being different may actually be a superpower. Of the 16 personality types, I’m an ENTJ. This type is pretty rare and only accounts for 0.9% of the female population. The superpower that comes with ENTJs is that we are excellent at finding patterns. |

| | Coaching clients, I watch and listen for patterns that need acknowledgement or adjustments. I’ve spent decades studying and defining how specific gestures, physicality, stances, gestures, muscle tension, and tone unlock the power of the voice. I encourage you to join me in this 2-session class below 👇🏼 that unites the body, with emotions, musicality, and personal history. |

RESILIENCE to bounce back from setbacks, adapt to challenges, and keep moving forward under pressure.
VALUE for delivering meaningful results, maintaining integrity, and contributing something worthwhile to customers, clients, or society.
FLEXIBILITY and capacity to pivot, innovate, and respond to changing environments or unexpected circumstances with agility.
